Physiotherapy Assessment

This 60 minute session will include a detailed history of your injury followed by a thorough objective assessment looking at your fundamental movement patterns and several more specific physical tests. This session also includes an initial treatment and goal setting with an individualized home exercise program to meet those needs. Please also book this appointment if this is a new or different injury we have not previously assessed.

Physiotherapy Standard Follow Up

This 30 minute follow up will include a re-assessment, hands on treatment of manual therapy or soft tissue release, followed by a review or progression of your home exercise program in order to continue to progress towards your goals.

Physiotherapy Extended Follow Up (45 min)

This 45 minute follow up includes the same re-assessment, hands on treatment, and home exercise program progression as you can expect in the standard follow up but with extra time allotted for more complex conditions. Please also book this appointment if wishing to have acupuncture treatment. 

Physiotherapy Extended Follow Up (60 min)

This 60 minute follow up includes the same re-assessment, hands on treatment, and home exercise program progression as you can expect in the standard follow up but with extra time allotted for more complex conditions. Acupuncture can also be performed within this follow up if needed.

Telehealth Assessment and Treatment

Telehealth involves a virtual video consult through a secure and confidential platform that allows us to look at your range of motion, assess your movement patterns and provide a home exercise program that would mimic the hands on treatment provided in clinic as well as help progress you towards your goals. This telehealth visit can be booked as an initial assessment, standard follow up (30 min) or extended follow up (60min) for the same price as an in-person visit. It is a fantastic option for those looking to minimize travel, avoid bad weather conditions or reduce contact time exposure during the COVID-19 pandemic.
